Laravel undocumented conventions: Validation Rules

In this article you will find all the undocumented concepts of Laravel Validation Rules.

Validation rules:

if you use “min:3”, validation will pass even if the field is empty string or null. The meaning of the rule is minimum 3 if exists. It took me a long time to debug it. If something is required, you need to specifically add rule “required”.
